Booted up a Apple Mac SE/30 for first time in years

a.brin
So it started up ok few days ago, but hard drive is not running, can't hear it going.
Managed to find a System 7.5 start-up disk though and I can get to the desktop, only very, very slowly.  Is there a way to check if HD is running and can you get scsi HDs anymore?

Now at least you'll be able to get one and connect it up, then install the os onto it.
